How is quality ensured?	We have strict quality control and a dedicated QC department. We select national standard steel, inspect each process, and support third-party inspections.
Is customization available?	Yes, we have a professional design team that can work according to your drawings and specifications.
What design services do you offer?	We provide comprehensive design services. Please provide details on usage, location, local climate (including wind and snow conditions), dimensions, and any crane information.

What is the welding/fabricating process?	Welding is done according to GB or AWS standards as needed; fabricating is done according to GB, AISC, or EN standards as required.
Can you handle large projects?	Yes, we have a monthly capacity of 4000 tons and a 100,000 m² factory. We plan and allocate resources for large orders.
How is precision controlled?	Through our quality system and QC processes. We measure and straighten materials pre-process and use high-precision CNC equipment.
What are your price advantages?	As a factory, we offer competitive pricing. Please contact us for details.
What are your payment terms?	We accept T/T, 100% L/C at sight, Cash, and Western Union. For other payment terms, please contact us.
How do you protect products during transport?	We use anti-collision wraps, special boxes for fragile parts, and arrange the layout carefully. We also inspect the products before shipment.
What is the delivery time?	Typically 25 days after confirming the requirements.
Is there a pre-shipment inspection?	Yes, we conduct thorough inspections on all products and destroy any that do not meet our quality standards.
What is your after-sales service?	We offer on-site checks for quality issues, free replacement or repair, and provide guidance on installation and maintenance.
